Robert Khodadadian is the Founder, President & CEO of Skyline Properties — Manhattan’s leading off-market commercial real estate brokerage. Licensed since 2006 and operating Skyline since its 2013 relaunch, Robert has spent more than 20 years brokering the confidential investment-sales transactions that shape New York City’s commercial property landscape.
Skyline has closed $976M+ across 32+ confidential transactions, including some of the most defining deals of each cycle: the $135Msale of 6 East 43rd Street to Vanbarton Group, a flagship 467-m office-to-residential conversion delivering 441 rental apartments (111 affordable) under New York State Real Property Tax Law §467-m with $300M of Brookfield construction financing; the $105M sale of 101 Greenwich Street to Quantum Pacific (Idan Ofer) and Metro Loft (Nathan Berman) for one of FiDi’s largest active conversions; the $72M sale of 530 West 25th Street to Feil Organization and Rigby Asset Management; the $65M, 99-year ground lease at 236 Fifth Avenue to Kaufman Organization; and the record SoHo retail co-op buyout at 131-133 Prince Street to Acadia Realty Trust at $16,667/SF.
